Holiday Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Act-3D B.V., located at Hoofdstraat 10, 2171 AT, Sassenheim, Netherlands.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 or older.
Entry is limited to residents of countries where Lumion is officially sold either directly or through the official network of partners and resellers and where participation and the receipt of prizes are not restricted by local laws, customs, or logistical constraints.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude regions or countries where delivery of prizes is not feasible due to legal, logistical, or regulatory limitations.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their country of residence. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries from individuals in jurisdictions where the giveaway is prohibited or restricted.
Employees of Lumion, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotional Period

The giveaway begins on December 4th, 2024, at 00:01 CET and ends on December 25th, 2024, at 23:59 CET.

4. How to Enter

Participants must download the free Christmas asset pack by completing the form on the campaign landing page.
Completing the form automatically enters the participant's email address into the giveaway pool.
No purchase is required to enter.
Each participant is limited to one entry.

5. Prizes

Six (6) winners will be selected to receive one of the following prizes:
- 1x ReMarkable Pro
- 2x Sony WH-1000XM4 Headphones
- 3x Copics Marker Set with a Moleskine Plain Notebook
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

6. Winner Selection, Notification, and Prize Delivery

Winners will be chosen randomly and announced on December 30th, 2024, through Lumion’s social media channels.
Lumion will notify winners via email within five (5) business days.
Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If no response is received, Lumion reserves the right to select a new winner.
Prizes will be shipped to eligible participants at the address provided.
Participants are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import-related costs that may be incurred in their country of residence.
While the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery, it cannot guarantee shipping to all locations. In the event that delivery is not possible to a specific location, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equivalent value or cancel the prize.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in compliance with Lumion’s Privacy Policy, available here.
Participants agree to receive occasional marketing communications from Lumion, with the option to opt out at any time.

8. Liability

Lumion is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Lumion is not liable for technical issues, system failures, or malfunctions that may prevent participation.
By entering, participants agree to release Lumion, its affiliates, and their representatives from liability related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes.
The Promoter will not be liable for delays or non-delivery of prizes due to customs clearance issues.
If the giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond Lumion’s control (e.g., technical failures, fraud, or force majeure), Lumion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway.
Lumion is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses resulting from participation or prize use.

Lumion reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or illegible will not be accepted.
If an ineligible entry is selected as a winner, a new winner will be chosen.
The giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Lumion reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the entry process, submit false information, or engage in inappropriate or harmful behavior.
Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties are not permitted and will be disqualified.
Participants found violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified, and their prizes may be revoked.
